TERMS

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website. They were last updated in August 2026. By using the site you accept them.

Who we are

Westucci Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17080831. Registered office: 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. You can reach us at info@westucci.com.

What this site is

This website presents the House, its work and its writing, and shows prices for pieces available from Westucci.

We do not take payment through this website. Where a price is shown it is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell. A sale is agreed with us directly, and a contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing.

Our work belongs to us

The Westucci name, the crowned laurel crest, the W monogram, the script signature, and all text, photography, illustrations and design on this site are the property of Westucci Ltd and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read and share links to these pages. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use the contact form to send anything unlawful, abusive or automated.

Accuracy and availability

We take care over what we publish, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and descriptions of pieces in development may change as the work develops. We may alter or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere — for example to our Instagram account — we are not responsible for the content or practices of that site.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website.

Your information

How we handle personal information is set out separately in our privacy notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
