TERMS

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and, where you reserve the Heritage Box, that purchase. They were last updated in October 2026. By using the site you accept them. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Who we are

Westucci Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17080831. Registered office: 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. You can reach us at info@westucci.com.

What this site is

This website presents the House, its work and its writing, and shows prices for pieces available from Westucci.

The Heritage Box can be reserved and paid for through this website, as set out under Pre-orders and payment below. For every other piece, where a price is shown it is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell: a sale is agreed with us directly, and a contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing.

Pre-orders and payment: The Heritage Box

Price. The Heritage Box (First Limited Edition) costs £40.00, including VAT where it applies. It is limited to 100 pieces.

Reservation deposit. You reserve a Heritage Box by paying a deposit of £10.00 through PayPal. The deposit is part of the £40.00 price, not an extra fee: it is deducted from what you pay, leaving £30.00.

When the contract is made. Your reservation is accepted, and a contract between us is formed, when we have confirmed your £10.00 payment with PayPal and shown or sent you our confirmation. If a payment cannot be confirmed, or the edition has already sold out, no contract is formed and any money taken is refunded in full.

The remaining £30.00. The balance is due before dispatch. When your Heritage Box is ready, we will email you to ask for it, together with any delivery charge, which we will agree with you before you pay. If the balance is not paid within 30 days of our request, and after at least one reminder, we may cancel your reservation and refund your £10.00 deposit in full.

Dispatch and delivery. We estimate dispatch within 4 weeks of your reservation. If we expect a delay we will tell you and give a new date. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of the date we gave you, you may cancel and we will refund everything you have paid.

Your right to cancel. You may cancel at any time before your Heritage Box is delivered, and for 14 days after the day it is delivered to you, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at info@westucci.com. If you cancel before dispatch we refund your deposit and anything else you have paid. If you cancel after delivery, please return the Heritage Box, its dust bag and card, unused and in their original condition, within 14 days of telling us; you pay the cost of returning it. We refund everything you have paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the box back (or proof that you have sent it), using the method you paid with. We may reduce the refund if the box has been handled more than was needed to inspect it.

If something is wrong. If your Heritage Box is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it, as your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 allow.

Payment. Payments are processed by PayPal, including card and Apple Pay payments made through PayPal. We never see or hold your card or bank details. How we handle your information is set out in our privacy notice.
